Entrepreneur Anders Bjerregaard launched his first Good Smile clinic (“Godt Smil” in Danish) in 2008 and now the country’s largest and leading dental chain with 16 clinics in country's largest cities.

The Good Smile website is crucial for attracting customers, so site performance must be top notch. Anders had previously asked DNA Design to build the digital platform for a successful digital startup loan business, so both he and the board naturally asked DNA Design to spearhead the optimisation the Good Smile website.

We designed a stylish and modern website with a light and welcoming expression. With an intuitive interface and a sophisticated information architecture, it's easy for visitors to get an overview and to find relevant content.

Good Smile's brand identity is clearly reflected in the short films and photographs used, inviting visitors to explore the brand in a secure environment. Combined with a blog and a more prominent USP increases visitor confidence that Good Smile is synonymous with top quality at fair prices.

Clear calls to action and signup flows have made the customer journey comfortable and welcoming. All signups are integrated with Good Smile's Podio management system, and are automatically included in the clinics' daily routines, making administration much easier and cost effective.
